What is provided at check in?

The Windjammer provides linens and bath towels during your stay; beach towels are not provided. During check in a complimentary starter kit is provided with a small supply of household goods. The items include: Dishwasher and Dish Detergent, Hand Soap (one per bathroom), Paper Products (Toilet Paper (one roll per bathroom) and Paper Towel), Kitchen Trash Liners (two)

Do you allow pets?

The Windjammer has a strict no pets policy in our timeshare units. Please contact the resort if you have special needs.

What housekeeping services do you provide?

The Windjammer does not provide complimentary housekeeping services during your stay. On Wednesday, a linen exchange is offered at the main office until noon. For your convenience there is coin operated laundry onsite.

What are the check in procedures?

All guests should go to the resort's front desk for check-in. Check in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival; if you will be arriving after hours please contact (252) 441-4811 several days prior to arrival for Late check in procedures. A valid ID and Security Deposit is required upon check in.
